Through the Pronorte and Matriarca NGO, Esquina solidified a long-awaited collaboration: recovering knowledges that predate any institutional form of national identity, which are still alive in communities that inhabit this land with other tempos, other logics, and another sensitivity.

Chaguar—a sacred weave that organizes and narrates the worldview of the Wichí community in the north of the country—intertwines with blazers, trousers, dresses, and skirts without being translated or diluted, opening up the possibility for these symbologies and sensitivities to enter everyday life.

Working with this fiber implied dismantling our productive logics and their capitalist temporalities, and reconfiguring the practice of design as a gesture of listening.
