Exchanges and Returns
To make an exchange or return, send us an email to info@esquinaesquina.com or contact us via WhatsApp at +5491127000369 indicating the following information:
- Order number and product to exchange or return
- Reason of exchange or return, either for store credit or refund
With this information, our customer service department will contact you to coordinate the exchange or return as soon as possible.
All products can be exchanged within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. Returns will only be accepted within a maximum period of 72 hours from the receipt of the product purchased online.
Unless they have a manufacturing defect, no exchanges or returns are made for:
- Accessories
- Swimwear
- Products in Sample Sale
- Products purchased in-store
- Products on final sale
The products must be in the same condition as they were sent, unused, and with the original packaging and tags in good condition. Washed, used, marked, customized, and altered products (hemmed, darted, etc.) cannot be exchanged or returned.
Shipping costs with the purchase at Esquina cover only one purchase and one exchange or return. If any further movement is necessary, the cost will be borne by the customer.
The value of the garment at the time of purchase will be taken into account, regardless of whether it has a different value at the time of exchange. If the item is on sale, its discounted value will be taken into account.
In the case of a return, store credit or refund by credit card will be issued once the garment is received in our warehouse and we verify that it is unused, in good condition, and with its original packaging and tags. This process may take up to 48 business hours.
